改良术式治疗低位小型直肠阴道瘘的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨改良术式治疗低位小型直肠阴道瘘的疗效，采用将阴道瘘口周围黏膜剥离翻转入直肠腔后结扎、阴道创面分层错位缝合的方法对12例低位小型直肠阴道瘘患者进行手术修补。结果显示，本组12例患者术后均恢复良好。随访1年，无一例复发。结果表明，阴道瘘口周围黏膜剥离翻转入直肠腔后结扎、阴道创面分层错位缝合法治疗低位小型直肠阴道瘘操作简单，安全有效。This study was to explore the curative effect of self-designed imprved procedure in the treatment of low small rectovaginal fistula. This procedure is following as.to strip the mucosa around the outlet of vaginal fistula and to inverse it into rectal cavity then ligate it, for vaginal wound to perform suture by stratification and displacement manner; 12 patients received this procedure. As results, the 12 patients re covered better after operation;a follow-up of one year did not find any recurrent cases. Results show that above-mentioned procedure is of simple manipulation,is safe and effective in the treatment of low small rectovaginal fistula.
