健康教育在老年肛肠病患者围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨健康教育在老年肛肠病患者围手术期的应用效果，将120例老年肛肠病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，观察组患者接受系统的围手术期健康教育，对照组仅在术中接受一般性指导，对比观察两组患者术中配合程度、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果显示，观察组术中配合程度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组术中不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；观察组术后患者满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，系统的围手术期健康教育可提高老年肛肠病患者对手术治疗的依从性，减少术中并发症，提高患者满意度。This study was to investigate the application efficacy of health education to elder anorectal disease patients at perioperation. The 120 elder patients with anorectal disease were randomly divided into ob servation group and control one,60 cases each group;the patients of observation group received systematic perioperative health education, while the patients of control one only common direction intraoperatively;then,intraoperative complementary degree,incidence of adverse reaction and satisfactory degree of patients in both groups were compared and observed. As results,above-mentioned three items of observation group were all significantly higher,lower and higher than that of control one（ P〈0.05,at all）. Results show that systemic perioperative health education can enhance the patient＇s compliance to operative,reduce intraoperative complication,and lift patient＇s satisfactory degree.
