摘  要:调查了上海市黄浦江等水体中布洛芬和氯贝酸的存在情况,研究了同步硝化反硝化工艺中起始药物浓度、C/N和SRT对布洛芬和氯贝酸的去除。系统最佳运行条件为COD 200 mg/L,NH3-N质量浓度20 mg/L,C/N为9.1:1,pH为7.5~8.0,HRT为12 h,SRT为30 d。进水药物浓度由1μg/L提高至100μg/L,导致布洛芬和氯贝酸去除率分别由95%和28%降低至69%和3%;碳氮比和污泥龄的增加,利于布洛芬和氯贝酸的去除,二者的最大去除率分别达到95%和58%。In this research,we investigated the existence of IBP and CLA in the Huangpu River and other rivers in Shanghai.The effect of initial drug concentration,C/N and SRT on the removal of IBP and CLA were investigated in SBR system.The highest removal rate of COD,NH3-N and TN can be achieved under the optimized running condition(COD 200 mg/L,NH3-N 20 mg/L,C/N 9.1:1,pH 7.5~8.0,HRT 12 h and SRT 3 d) of SBR.The removal rates of IBP and CLA decreased from 95% to 69%,and 28% to 3%,respectively,while increasing the initial mixture concentration of IBP and CLA from 1 to 100μg/L.The higher C/N and SRT are benefit for the biodegradation process,and the maximum removal rate of IBP and CLA were 95% and 58%,respectively.
