摘  要:目的:优选南山茶花中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用乙醇-水提取法从南山茶花中提取总黄酮,在单因素试验基础上,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度、料液比为考察因素,以总黄酮收率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为用20倍量的85%乙醇,95℃下提取2次,每次3h。在此条件下,总黄酮收率为1.52%。结论:优选的提取工艺合理、可行,可用于南山茶花中总黄酮的提取。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology for total flavonoids from the flowers of Camellia semiserrata. METHODS: The total flavonoids were extracted from the flowers with EtOH-H2O. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with enthanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of material to liquid as factor using yield of total flavonoids as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 20-fold 85% ethanol, extracting 2 times at 95 ℃ for 3 hours. By this technology, the yield of total flavonoids was 1.52%. CONCLUSIONS:Optimized technology was reasonable and feasible,which can be applied for the extraction of total flavonoids from the flowers of C. semiserrata.
