我院中药师对1例H7N9禽流感患者的药学服务实践

摘　　要：目的:总结我院中药师对1例H7N9禽流感患者临床药学服务的实践经验,探索中药师在应对紧急疫情中发挥作用的方法和途径。方法:运用专业知识开展中医药临床服务,帮助医师正确选择药物,做好中药调剂工作和药材保障工作,为住院患者建立药历,提供用药咨询,保障患者用药需求,均是中药师在应对紧急疫情中发挥作用的方法和途径。结果与结论:通过此次以治疗H7N9禽流感患者的临床药学服务实践,提示准确掌握病机,并实施正确、规范的调剂,确保中医理、法、方、药的一致性,可以对救治病患起到积极作用。OBJECTIVE： To summarize the experience of TCM pharmacist providing pharmaceutical care for a patient with H7N9 avian influenza in our hospital, and to explore the methods and approaches of TCM pharmacists playing their roles in emergency epidemic situation. METHODS： The methods and approaches of TCM pharmacists playing their roles in emergency epidemic situation were as follows： developing clinical service of TCM with professional knowledge; assisting physicians to choose drugs correctly; carrying out TCM dispensing and medicinal material guarantee; establishing drug records for inpatients and providing medication consultation; guaranteeing medication demands of patients. RESULTSCONCLUSIONS： Through the practice of pharmaceutical care for patient with H7N9 avian influenza, TCM pharmacists realize that the consistency of TCM theory, method, prescription and pharmacy can be guaranteed by mastering correct pathogenesis and developing standardized and correct dispensing so as to improve treatment and cure of the patients.
