FOCUS超声刀在开放性甲状腺切除术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在开放甲状腺手术中采用FOCUS超声刀操作的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年5月-2012年4月该院甲乳外科完成的甲状腺手术160例,包括FOCUS超声刀手术(超声刀组)80例,传统手术(传统组)80例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后并发症发生率。结果超声刀组与传统组比较,在手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量差异均有显著性(P<0.05),在术后并发症发生率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 FOCUS超声刀应用于开放甲状腺手术,具有明显优点;术者掌握FOCUS超声刀有利于术中的精细化操作,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】 To study the value of focus ultrasonic-harmonic scalpel（UHS） in open thyroidectomy.【Methods】 From May 2010 to April 2012,160 patients were treated with thyroidectomy,including 80 cases receiving UHS thyroidectomy（UHS group） and 80 cases undergoing conventional thyroidectomy（the conventional group）.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative draining volume and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】 The mean operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative draining volume were decreased more significantly in the UHS group than the conventional group（P ＆lt;0.05）.No statistically significant difference were found in postoperative complications between the two groups（P ＆gt;0.05）.【Conclusion】 Compared with conventional method,FOCUS ultrasound scalpel has obvious advantages in thyroidectomy.As a method with more flexibility and facility,its application can be promoted clinically.
