摘 要:目的探讨临床教育路径对住院2型糖尿病患者态度与行为的影响。方法将293例2型糖尿病患者随机分成干预组和对照组,两组分别采用临床教育路径和传统教育方法进行健康教育。干预前后分别使用糖尿病患者态度量表(DAS-3)和中文版糖尿病自护行为量表(SDSCA)施测。结果干预前,两组态度、行为得分组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组除病人自主权及吸烟两项外,患者态度、行为方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病临床教育路径可有效改善住院2型糖尿病患者态度与行为方式。【Objective】 To discuss the influence of clinical education path on the attitude and behavior of type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized.【Methods】 293 cases of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,received health education with clinical education path and traditional education respectively.DAS-3 and SDSCA were used to measure before and after the intervention.【Results】 Before the intervention,the attitude and behavior scores between groups was not statistically significant(P &gt;0.05).After the intervention,except patient autonomy and smoking,the attitudes and behaviors of the intervention group were obviously superior to the control group(P &lt;0.05).【Conclusion】 The clinical education path can effectively improve the attitudes and behavior of type 2 diabetic patients hospitalized.
