反复自然流产患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比率的变化与作用

摘　　要：目的探讨T淋巴细胞亚群在反复自然流产患者体内的比率变化及作用。方法采用流式细胞仪对59例反复自然流产病人,60例正常早孕妇女妇女外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果反复自然流产病人外周血CD3+T淋巴细胞比率明显高于正常早孕妇女(P<0.05);CD4+T淋巴细胞比率明显高于正常早孕妇女(P<0.05);CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于正常早孕妇女(P<0.05)。结论 T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+比率及CD4+/CD8+比值升高与反复自然流产的发生有关。【Objective】 To investigate the T-lymphocyte change and effect in vivo of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.【Methods】 The T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood from 59 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients and 60 normal pregnancy women were detected by flow cytometry.【Results】 The rate of CD3＋,CD4＋ T-lymphocyte and the proportion of CD4＋/CD8＋ were significantly higher in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion peripheral blood than normal early pregnant women（P ＆lt;0.05）.【Conclusion】 The occurrence of recurrent spontaneous abortion might be associated with exaltation of T-lymphocyte CD3＋,CD4＋ ratio and CD4＋/CD8＋ proportion.
