摘 要:目的对昌平区厩腐蝇体表携带的大量螨虫进行种类鉴定,为制定科学防治措施提供依据。方法采用天幕式捕蝇笼捕蝇6h,用杀虫剂喷杀后在捕蝇笼外面套上塑料袋,扎紧袋口后统一带回实验室,捡出蝇体表及袋内螨虫,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察,结合资料鉴定种类。结果厩腐蝇体表采集的螨虫标本经鉴定有2种,一种为家蝇巨螯螨,另一种为食菌螨科的休眠体。结论病媒生物监测方案中应考虑增加携播螨的监测内容,以逐步完善监测体系。Objective To determine the species of a large number of phoretic mites on the body surfaces of Muscina stabulans in Changping district of Beijing, China, and to provide a basis for scientific prevention and control measures. Methods A canopy type fly trapping cage was used to capture flies for 6 h; insecticide was sprayed to the cage; the cage was covered with a white plastic bag, and the bag was closed and brought back to the laboratory. Mites were collected from the body surfaces of flies and from inside the bag and then observed under a light microscope and scanning electron microscope; the mites were identified by observation and consultation with reference materials. Results Two species of mites were identified, including Macrocheles muscaedomesticae and hypopus of Anoetidae. Conclusion Vector surveillance should include monitoring of phoretic mites, so as to improve the monitoring system.
