感染因素对新生儿红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨感染因素对新生儿红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响。方法选取在南通大学附属吴江第一人民医院新生儿科住院的135例存在各种感染的患儿作为观察组,用花环法测定红细胞天然免疫黏附功能。同时选择50例正常新生儿作为对照组。结果有感染因素的患儿的红细胞C3b受体花环率(9.28±3.44)下降,与正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=3.145,P<0.05)。结论新生儿感染时,其红细胞免疫黏附功能下降。Objective To analyze the influence of infection to erythrocyte immune function in neonates.Methods Total 135 neonates,diagnosed infection in author＇s hospital from January to December 2010,were detected with erythrocyte rossettet test.Another 50 healthy neonates were erolled as the control group.Results The erythrocyte immune function in neonates with infection（9.58±3.02）was lower than that in control group（11.12±3.53,t=3.145,P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant in the two groups.Conclusion Erythrocyte immune function is decrease in neonates with infection.
