成人及儿童水痘199例临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的分析成人及儿童水痘的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾分析199例水痘患者的临床资料,其中成人157例,儿童42例,将二者进行比较。157例成人水痘中,集体生活者126例,占80.25%(学生109例、军人17例)。所有成人患者均采用了静脉滴注更昔洛韦,全部患者均用阿昔洛韦软膏局部外涂于水痘处,并辅以板蓝根颗粒、抗病毒口服液口服,55例有并发症者针对性治疗。结果 186例治愈;12例好转出院;1例因严重并发症死亡。结论成人水痘传染性强,与儿童水痘相比,出疹时间、发热时间、最高体温、病程等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且成人并发症多、病情重,但二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of varicella and its therapeutic method in adult and children.Methods The clinical data of 199 patients with varicella were analyzed retrospectively from January 2006 to October 2012,including 157 adults and 42 children.There were 126 cases of group living in 157 cases of adult chickenpox,accounting for 80.25%（n=109 students,soldiers of 17 cases）.All patients with acyclovir ointment for local exterior coating varicella,supplemented by Radix Isatidis granules,antiviral oral liquid oral,and that all adult patients were received intravenous ganciclovir.A total of 55 cases of complications needed to take a pertinence treatment.Results The most of 199 cases were get well,in which 186 cured;12 recovered;1 dead from severe complications.Conclusions Compared to children,the infection of varicella is more high in adults,and it is also more serious in adults on eruption time,heating time,maximum temperature,duration.The difference was of significant（P0.05）.More complications and severe illness are in adults,but there is no significant difference between them（P0.05）.
