摘 要:目的探讨声学密度定量(AD)技术评价大鼠糖尿病模型肾实质纤维化的应用价值。方法腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型。分别于造模后第四、第十二、第二十四周应用AD技术检测糖尿病模型组及正常对照组的大鼠肾实质标化背向散射积分值,同时检测肾脏病理指标。结果①糖尿病模型组肾实质血管周围的胶原面积(PVCA)、肾小球胶原的沉积评分(GCDS)、肾小管间质的病变评分(TILS)皆显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且随病程进展逐渐增高(P<0.05);②糖尿病模型组大鼠肾实质标化背向散射积分值高于对照组(P<0.05),随病程进展而增高(P<0.05);③平均图像强度(IBS)%与肾实质纤维化各指标(GCDS、PVCA、TILS)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论应用AD技术可以检测到糖尿病大鼠肾实质纤维化,IBS%与纤维化指标呈正相关。AD技术有望成为评价肾脏纤维化的重要方法。Objective To study the value of Acoutic densitometry evaluating renal fibrosis in diabetic rats.Methods The diabetic rats model built by using intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)to rast of the study group.At the end of 4,12 and 24 weeks,we collected the data of renal Acoutic densitometry parameters in the disbetic rats(case group)and in the healthy rats(control group)respectively,and then detected the pathology index of zhese two groups of rats renal.Results 1)the results of the study group in glomerular collagen deposition score(GCDS),perivascular collagen narea(PVCA),tubular interstitial disease score(TIDS)were significantiy higher than each result of the control group(P0.05).As the disease progresses,the results of each parameter increased(P0.05).2)the reaults of the study group in the standardized integrated backscatter(IBS%)of renal parenchyma were significantly higher than each result of the control group(P0.05).As the disease progresses,the results of each parameter inceased(P 0.05).3)the IBS% of renal parenchyma was linearly associated with each renal fibrosis parameter(P 0.05).Conclusions Application of IBS technology can detect renal fibrosis in diabetic rats,the IBS%of renal parenchyma was linearly associated with renal fibrosis parameter.Thus,IBS technology can become the important estimated method to renal fibrosis in diabetic nephropathy.
