美韩经济关系与中韩经济关系的比较分析——兼论美韩FTA的战略影响

摘　　要：美国与中国是韩国对外经济合作的两个主要对象,美国在推动韩国经济起飞和经济持续发展的过程中起到了至关重要的作用,中国则是韩国目前最大的贸易对象和顺差来源国。比较两组经济关系可以发现,政治规定性的不同和在世界经济体系"中心-半边缘-边缘"结构中的级差决定了美韩经济关系与中韩经济关系的结构性不同,贸易竞争力指数和出口相似度指数则显示了中美比较优势的不同和竞争力的差距。随着美韩FTA的生效,美韩经济关系不仅更加密切,双边同盟更能从战略意义上得到强化,中国对此需要做出积极反应。The United States and China are the two main target countries of South Korea's economic cooperation.The U.S.has played a key role in promoting economic take-off and development of South Korea.China is South Korea's largest trading partner and biggest source of trade surplus.Through comparing the two economic relations,it can be found that there are structural differences between them which are determined by regulation of p olitics and difference in the ' center-semi-periphery-periphery ' structure of world economic system.The TC and ESI have shown the comparative advantage and different competitiveness between the U.S.and China.With the implementation of U.S.-ROK FTA,the United States and South Korea will not only have closer economic relations,but also strengthen the bilateral alliance.So China needs to make a positive response.
