介入操作时导管室医院感染的监测与管理

摘　　要：目的预防和控制短期大批量介入操作时导管室医院感染,提高导管室医疗管理质量。方法每周定期对导管室空气、物体表面、医护人员手进行细菌学监测。结果通过加强导管室医院感染的监测与管理,保障医疗安全,提高医疗质量,2012年5月检测总标本120份,总合格率为100%;无一例术后感染发生。结论对导管室定期进行监测,是预防和控制医院感染的重要措施之一。OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infections in catheterization rooms and improve the quality of medical management in the catheterization rooms.METHODS The bacteriological monitoring was regularly performed for the air,object surfaces,and hands of medical staff.RESULTS Through strengthening the monitoring and management of nosocomial infections in catheterization rooms,the medical safety was ensured,and the quality of medical care was improved.Of totally 120specimens monitored in May 2012,the qualified rate was 100%.There was no case with postoperative infections during the period.CONCLUSIONRegular monitoring of the catheterization rooms is one of the most important measures to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.
