摘　　要：目的分析1例曲霉菌性脓胸合并支气管胸膜瘘患者的诊治情况,为临床诊治提供参考。方法使用伏立康唑联合两性霉素B治疗1例曲霉菌性脓胸合并支气管胸膜瘘患者。结果伏立康唑静脉使用69d、口服10d,与两性霉素B联合使用53d,脓胸好转。结论全身使用伏立康唑联合两性霉素B胸腔灌注是安全、可靠的,也取得了良好的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of aspergillus pleural empyema complicated with bronchopleural fistula in one case of patient so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS Voriconazole combined with amphotericin B was used to treat the aspergillus pleural empyema complicated with bronchopleural fistula in the patient.RESULTS The patient was treated with intravenous voriconazole for 69days and oral administration for 10days,then combination with amphotericin B for 53days,which improved the pleural empyema.CONCLUSIONSystemic use of voriconazole combined with amphotericin B for intrapleural infusion is safe and reliable and can achieve good therapeutic effect.
