不育患者精子DNA完整性与精液参数关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不育患者精子DNA完整性与精子动态、形态参数的关系。方法随机选取我院门诊及住院不育症患者81例,分别行精液常规分析,并对精子DNA完整性等参数进行研究,分析精子DNA完整性与精子动态、形态参数之间的相关性。结果精子DNA完整性与精液量、精子活率、前向运动率、低渗肿胀试验、正常形态率、路径速度、曲线速度、直线速度、快速运动精子浓度及总数均呈负相关(r为-0.235、-0.232、-0.358、-0.190、-0.634、-0.296、-0.203、-0.392、-0.189和-0.193,t值为2.135、2.106、3.386、1.709、7.240、2.737、1.831、3.763、1.695和1.737,P<0.05)。结论精子DNA完整性与精液参数存在不同程度的相关性,该项目可以从染色质角度评价精子功能,是精液常规分析一项很好的补充试验。Objective To explore the correlation between infertility sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters. Methods A total of 81 outpatients and inpatients with infertility were randomly selected and underwent routine semen analysis. The parameters like sperm DNA integrity were detected. A correlation analysis of sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters was made. Results Sperm DNA integrity and sperm quantity, sperm motility, progressive motility, swelling test, rate of normal shape, path, speed, speed curve line speed, fast moving sperm concentration and total number were negatively correlated with low permeability, （r was -0.235,-0.232,-0.358,-0.190,-0.634, ~3.296, -0.203, -0.392, -0.189, -0.193,and t value was 2.135, 2.106, 3.386, 1.709, 7.240, 2.737, 1.831, 3.763, 1.695, 1.737, P〈0.05）. Con- clusion There are positive correlations between sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters. This project can be evaluated from the chromatin in sperm function routine semen analysis, which can serve as a good supplement to test.
