摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿无痛胃镜检查的护理配合。方法:对62例小儿无痛胃镜从检查前准备、麻醉配合、操作配合、麻醉复苏期、安全转运等护理配合方面进行回顾性总结。结果:全部病例均成功、安全接受检查。结论:小儿无痛胃镜检查通过医护配合、密切观察病情以及及时的处理,能保证患者安全、顺利完成检查。Objective To study the nursing cooperation in children with painless gastroscopy. Methods Data of 62 children with painless gastroscopy were reviewed including preparation of the check, nursing cooperation during anesthesia,operation, anesthesia recovery period and safe transfer. Results All cases finished the check successfuUy. Conclusion Doctor - nurse cooperating, observing the condition closely and treating timely are able to ensure that the patients finish the check safely and smoothly.
