企业自主研发与技术引进的协同—平衡效应——基于中国上市公司的实证分析

摘　　要：本文基于创新模式理论，以2002～2008年我国制造业上市公司为对象，考察了自主研发和技术引进共同影响企业绩效的有机联系。研究发现，大部分企业采取单一的技术创新方式；自主研发和技术引进对于企业业绩都有显著的积极影响，并且技术引进比自主研发更能提高企业业绩；技术引进和自主研发之间存在显著的协同效应，在引进先进技术的基础之上同时进行自主研发，会更加有助于提高企业业绩；自主研发和技术引进之间存在显著的平衡效应。如果技术引进和自主研发之间投资差异较大，会对业绩产生负面影响。本文的结论对于认识企业微观层面自主研发和技术引进之间的有机关联提供了新的视角和证据，并为国家深化自主创新和企业合理配置创新资源、提高自主创新能力提供了决策依据和政策建议。Based on the theory of innovation models, this paper deeply examines the relationship between R＆D and technology indraught taking as research samples the Chinese manufacturing listed companies over the period of 2002 -2008. It is found that most Chinese enterprises adopt a single mode in technology innovation. They either fo- cus on in-house R＆D or rely on technology indraught, but not do both at the same time. Both in-house R＆D and technology indraught improve the firm performance significantly. Compared to in-house R＆D, technology indraught improves enterprise performance more efficiently. Besides, a significant synergy effect exists between the in-house R＆D and technology indraught. They promote each other and strengthen each other. Compared to those executing only one strategy in their innovation, companies carrying out R＆D and technology indraught at the same time a- chieves a better. This suggests that a mode of in-house R＆D based on the introduction of advanced technology will be of greater help to improve finn performance. This finding provides a theoretical support and empirical evidence for our nation＇s policy of ＂introduction, absorption and innovation＂. There is a significant balance effect between the R＆D and technology indraught. A coordinate and harmonious development is needed between two innovation modes. Both should be equally stressed. Enterprises should not carry out one technology innovation model excessive- ly and disregard the other. If for a company there is a big gap between the technology import and R＆D in terms of the distribution of the investment,it will have a negative impact on firm performance. At present, Chinese enterprises should diversify its innovation modes. Chinese enterprises in the technology innovation can neither rest on the for- eign technology excessively nor turn a blind eye to it.
