摘　　要：在强调嵌入式知识服务在医学领域当中优化作用的同时,罗列嵌入式知识服务在该领域的具体工作内容,以合作型、伙伴型、辅助型来分类嵌入式知识服务的嵌入程度,用催化剂、助推剂、缓冲剂来定义嵌入式知识服务的不同作用。从患者、知识服务和卫生经济学成本的角度强调该服务的适宜性和重要性,同时具体阐述该服务的"人本化"特征。Stressing the improving function of embedded knowledge services in medical field, the paper discussed the contents of embedded knowledge services in this field and divided it into three categories to describe the degrees of integration： collaboration, partnership and assistance. The paper utilized catalysis, promotion, and buffer to clarify the different effects. The suitability and significance of embedded knowledge services were explained in terms of patients, knowledge services and the cost of health economics. Finally the characteristic of ＇ human - oriented＇ of this service was specifically addressed.
