摘 要:研究了在酸性的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液介质中,曙红Y与中性红可以发生能量转移,痕量二价锰的加入可以使该体系的荧光性能改变。考察了反应介质、试剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、试剂加入次序、共存物质等因素对该能量转移体系荧光峰强度的影响,从而建立了利用荧光共振能量转移体系测定痕量锰的新方法。结果表明,在优化的实验条件下,测量的线性范围为0.0~100.0μg/L,方法检出限为0.03μg/L。此方法稳定性好、选择性高,用于茶叶中痕量锰的测定,结果满意。In the Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pH 2.36, effective energy transfer could occur between eosin Y (EY) and neutral red (NR). When trace Mu( Ⅱ ) was added into this system, the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between EY-NR pair was disturbed. The influence factors on fluorescent peak of the system were discussed, such as medium and acidity, reagents dosage, reaction time and temperature, the addition order of reagents and coexisting ions. A new method for the determination of trace manganese( Ⅱ) by fluo- rescence resonance energy transfer system was established. The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0. 0 - 100.0 μg/L, and the detection limit was 0.03 μg/L. This method has good stability, high selectivity, and high ac- curacy. It can be satisfactorily used in the determination of manganese( Ⅱ ) in tea-leaf.
