摘 要:基于液压支架用阀安标检验现状,分析得出了大流量已成为液压支架用阀技术的发展趋势。介绍了液压支架用阀失效形式主要集中体现在阀芯(或阀体)损坏、密封件损坏、压力波动值超调和阻力损失过大等,分析了失效的主要危害和原因。结果表明:目前液压支架用阀的质量仍不稳定,安全性能需进一步提高;加大安标管控,从安全准入上控制产品质量具有重要意义。Based on the Safety sign inspection status of the valve for hydraulic supports, it was concluded that large flow had become the development trend of the valve for hydraulic supports. In addition, failure forms of the valve for hydraulic supports were introduced, which mainly embodied in damage of the valve core (or body), damage of sealings, overshoot of pressure fluctuation and great resistance loss, and the harm and causes of the main failure were analyzed. The results showed: the valve for hydraulic supports was characterized by unstable quality, its safety performance needed to further improve; to reinforce the safety sign control and control the valve quality from security access possessed important significance.
