摘  要:针对矿用KDF-5型局部对旋式轴流通风机噪声大的问题,通过采集通风机内部流场压力脉动、径向振动和噪声信号,利用uTekLV2008动态信号采集分析系统进行分析,得出不同工况下,通风机内部流场对径向振动和噪声的影响,并分析主要噪声源的位置,为降低通风机振动和噪声提供了依据。Aiming at severe noise of a KDF-5 local contra-rotating axial flow fan, experiments were carried out to collect the pressure pulsation in inner flow field, radial vibration and noise signals, and then the signals were analyzed by uTekLV2008 dynamic signal acquisition and analysis system. The influences of inner flow field of fan on radial vibration and noise in various operation modes were obtained, and the location of the noise source was estimated, which offered references for decreasin~ the vibration and noise of the fan
