摘  要:凝汽器传热组件中的管板、隔板是凝汽器的重要部件之一。管隔板材质的选择及管孔的加工精度,直接关系到凝汽器设备的使用寿命,从而影响整套机组的稳定运行。国内对凝汽器管隔板的加工,仍采用传统机床的机加工工艺。综合加工效率和加工精度等情况,传统机床的加工方法已不适应电站设备快速增长的需求。为此,需根据实际需求采用先进的专用加工机床,提高凝汽器管、隔板加工的效率和质量。The tubesheet and diaphragm plate as the heat transfer component is one of the important component in condenser. The material selection of tubesheet and diaphragm plate and their processing accuracy of tube hole are directly related to the life of the condenser, which will affect the stable operation of the entire power unit. Traditional machining processing is still adopted in the domestic processing of condenser tubesheet and diaphragm plate. On the base of processing efficiency and accuracy, etc, the traditional machining method does not fit in with the rapidly growing demand of power station equipment. Therefore, advanced special machining tools should be adopted in accordance with the actual requirement so as to increase the efficiency and quality of tubesheet and diaphragm plate machining.
