摘  要:中间储仓式制粉系统的运行方式较灵活,该制粉系统的稳定运行,关系到锅炉机组的安全性和经济性。现以某厂中间储仓式制粉系统的改造方案为例,分析炉膛出口烟气及蒸汽温度偏差大的原因。对中间储仓式制粉系统的三次风管进行优化改造后,解决了炉膛出口两侧烟气温度及蒸汽温度偏差过大等缺陷,同时也降低了三次风系统的故障率,提高了机组安全性和经济性,节省了维护设备的费用。The operation way of intermediate bunker type pulverizing system is rather flexible. The stable operation of the pulverizing system is related to safety and economy of the boiler unit. Now taking the transformation program of intermediate bunker type pulverizing system of a factory as an example, the reason of bigger deviation of flue gas temperature of hearth outlet and the steam temperature is analyzed. After optimization of the tertiary air pipeline of intermediate bunker type pulverizing system, the bigger deviation of flue gas temperature on both sides of hearth outlet and the steam temperature is solved, the failure rate of the tertiary air system is also reduced, and the safety and economy of power unit is increased to save the maintenance cost of the equipment.
