摘　　要：分析了现有球磨机的电机起动方式所存在的问题,通过对球磨机运用无刷自控电机软起动器,实现了绕线式电动机无刷运行,彻底根除了电机因使用滑环、碳刷所造成的故障率高的缺点,改造后的电机及控制系统具有减小起动电流,增大起动转矩,自动适应电源及负载的变化,降低能耗,大大减少维修费用等优点。Based on analyzing the problems in the motor starting methods of current ball bills, this paper applies WZR brushless automatic control motor soft starter in ball mills. The winding asynchronous motor runs without brush, overcoming the high fault rate due to ring and carbon brush use. The adapted motor and control systems have the advantages of starting current reduction, starting torque adding, automatic power and load change adjustment, energy reduction and maintenance budget reduction.
