摘　　要：通过某高层建筑地基基础加固的工程实例,介绍了冲孔灌注桩的加固原理,结合工程实践详细阐述了在地基基础加固中采用事前、事中、事后的控制方法来控制冲孔灌注桩的质量以及施工前、施工过程中的预防措施。结果表明,采用冲孔灌注桩桩处理地基可取得良好的加固效果及较好的技术效果。Through a high -rise building foundation reinforcement engineering practice, this paper introduces the principle of punch filling reinforcing, com- bined with the engineering practice in detail the foundation reinforcement with before, during and after the event, the control method to control the quality of the punch filling and before construction, prevention measures in construction. The rcsuhs show that the punching pile foundation treatment can get a good re- inforcing effect and good technical effect.
