摘　　要：文章基于虚拟仿真技术，分析了虚拟拆装的技术体系。对虚拟模具拆装系统软件的总体框架、虚拟模具库构建、虚拟拆装工艺设计等进行了研究。开发了以菜单和对话框为人机交互界面的虚拟模具拆装系统软件，实现了模具拆装工艺设计平台的虚拟化和拆装工艺文件的动态可视化。Based on the Virtual Simulation Technology, this paper analyzes the technology system of virtual Disassembling and assembling. It also studies the overall framework of Mold Virtual Disassembling and Assembling System, the database building of virtual mold and the virtual disassembling and assembling process design. Therefore, The virtual mold disassembling and assembling system software provided human-computer interface of menu and dialog box is developed to achieve the virtual mold disassembling and assembling process design and the dynamic visualization of disassembling and assembling process file.
