起搏器植入者生活质量与自我效能的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨起搏器植入术后患者的生活质量与自我效能间的相关性。方法方便性抽样选取太原市3所医院植入永久性心脏起搏器的心律失常患者90例,在其术后1周采用一般自我效能感量表及起搏器生存质量测定量表进行评分,并分析生活质量与自我效能的相关性。结果患者的生活质量总分为(112.52±5.05)分,各维度得分分别为:躯体功能(38.53±2.32)分,心理功能为(28.86±2.04)分,一般功能为(22.06±1.48)分,社会功能为(23.06±1.92)分。患者自我效能评分为(24.32±1.58)分,自我效能感明显低于全国常模。生活质量总分及其各维度得分与自我效能得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论起搏器植入术后患者自我效能感较低,其生活质量与自我效能密切相关。为了改善和提高起搏器植入术后患者的生活质量,护理人员应加强对其自我效能感的培养。Objeetive To assess the correlations between quality of life and self-efficacy for patients with implanted pacemaker. Methods Totally 90 arrhythmic patients one week after operation with permanent implanted cardiac pacemaker from three hospitals were assessed by General Self-efficacy Scale and Pace-maker Quality of Life Scale. Correlations between life quality and self-efficacy were analyzed. Results The total score of life quality in patients implanted pacemaker is 112.52±5.05. Physical function,psychologi-cal function, general function and social function were 38. 53 ± 2.32, 28.86 ± 2.04, 22.06 ±1.48 and 23.06±1.92, respectively. The self-efficacy score was 24.32±58, which is obviously lower than the national norm. Self-efficacy was significantly correlated with the total and each dimension of the life quali-ty （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-efficacy of patients with implanted pacemaker was low and significantly correlated with the quality of life. Nursing staff should strengthen cultivation of self-efficacy for patients with implanted pacemaker, so as to improve their quality of life.
