改良式肠道三维CT检查患者并发症的发生原因及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式肠道三维CT检查患者并发症的发生原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析并总结2008年3月至2012年7月,于第二军医大学长海医院行改良式肠道三维CT检查的4016例患者的临床资料。结果 4016例患者中,共有32例患者于检查中或检查后出现并发症,其中恶心呕吐15例、尿潴留3例、腹胀8例、肠梗阻3例、对比剂过敏3例,经积极处理和实施有效的护理干预,32例患者的并发症均好转。结论改良式肠道三维CT检查前详细询问患者病史和认真宣教可预防和减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the reasons and interventions of complications for patients with modified intestinal three-dimensional CT examination. Methods Clinical information for the 4016 patients under-went modified intestinal three-dimensional CT examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results Com-plications occurred in totally 32 cases, including nausea and vomiting （n=15）, urinary retention（n=3）, abdominal distension （n=8）, intestinal obstruction（n=3）, and contrast medium allergy （n=3）. Fortu-nately, these complications can be prevented or treated by appropriate clinical nursing interventions. Conclusion Complications of modified intestinal three-dimensional CT examination can be prevented and reduced by asking detailed history and health education before the examination.
