摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环管理提高住院患者护理满意度的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2011年7月至2012年7月在东方医院急危重内科住院治疗的患者204例为研究对象,采用自制问卷对患者进行护理工作满意度现场调查,并对结果进行分析。运用PDCA循环管理的4个阶段、8个步骤,分析影响满意度的因素,提出整改措施,计划实施,最后进行阶段性评价、总结,周而复始。结果应用PDCA循环管理3、6、9、12个月后,患者对护理工作满意度呈上升趋势,其中技术与能力以及环境与设施这两方面的满意度的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施PDCA循环管理,能有效提高住院患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulatory management on promotion of nursing satisfaction for inpatients. Methods By convenience sampling, totally 204 inpatients from July 2011 to July 2012 were recruited and assessed by self-designed questionnaire on nursing satisfaction. Using 4 stages and 8 steps of PDCA circulatory management to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction, raise rectification interventions, implement plans, evaluate the results and summarize. Results Nurses satisfaction were improved gradually 3 months, 6 months,9 months and 12 months after the implementa-tion of PDCA circulatory management. Satisfaction to skills and abilities,environment and facilities were significantly improved (P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of PDCA circulatory management can improve the nursing satisfaction of inpatients and it calls for further application.
