摘  要:目的探讨基于体质的饮食调护对老年失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法随机抽取老年失眠患者112例将其分为实验组和对照组各56例。2组均予艾司唑仑口服,对照组予常规的饮食指导,实验组在常规饮食指导的基础上,针对个人体质特点进行饮食调护。比较2组间的临床疗效及睡眠情况。结果实验组疗效好于对照组,而匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组。结论基于体质的饮食调护,有助于帮助老年人改善脾胃功能,调和气血,滋养心神,从而改善老年患者失眠症状,提高睡眠质量。Objective To study the effects of constitution-based diet nursing in elderly patients with insomnia. Methods 112 elderly patients with insomnia were divided into experimental group (n=56) and control group (n=56). Patients in 2 groups were all given estazolam for oral administration. The control group was given conventional dietary guidance, the experimental group was given constitution-based diet nursing. The clinical efficacy and sleep were compared. Results The clinical efficacy in experimental group was better than that in the control group, the score of PSQI was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Constitution-based diet nursing can help to improve the function of the spleen and stomach, ameliorate the symptoms of insomnia in elderly patients, increase quality of sleep.
