放疗科后装治疗室专职人员管理的实践与成效

摘　　要：2007年1月在后装治疗室实行专职管理药物、仪器设备、后装治疗材料。2007年患者并发症发生率由4.75%下降为2011年的1.12%,医生满意度由2007年的91.1%上升至2011年的98.4%,患者满意度由2007年的88.7%上升至2011年的96.8%,护理质量合格率由2007年的91.8%上升至2011年的98.2%。后装治疗室实施专职管理人员能提高护理工作的预见性,提高医生的满意度及患者的满意度,提高护理质量。In 2007, the professional management was implementated in brachytherapy room, Fixed personnel were chozen to manage medicine, equipment, treatment materials. Complication incidence of the patients decreased from 4. 7500 in 2007 to 1.12% in 2011, the doctor satisfaction rose from 91.1% to 98.4%, patients satisfaction rose from 88.7% 2007 to 96.8%, qualified rate of nursing quality rose from 91.8% to 98. 2%. The implementation of professional management in brachytherapy room can improve the predictability of nursing work, improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients, improve nursing quality.
