试油成本控制措施及效果分析——以中国石油西南油气田公司川西北气矿为例

摘　　要：随着气田开发程度的加深以及资源品质结构的变化,实现气田开发有效管理运作的目标愈发紧迫。降低试油成本、合理利用有限投资成为棘手的难题。以中国石油西南油气田公司川西北气矿为例,结合其实际情况,探索了一系列控制试油成本的技术管理措施。结果表明,这些措施不仅提高了试油效率,有效地降低了试油成本,扼制了试油成本的刚性增长,还达到了开发井成本总体受控的良好效果。It is increasingly urgent to realize effective management of gas field development with the deepening of gas field development and changes of resource quality structure.It is quite difficult to lower the cost of formation test and reasonably utilize limited investment.In this paper,a series of technical management measures for controlling formation test cost are discussed by example of Northwestern Sichuan Gas Production District of Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company.and in consideration of actual conditions.The result shows that these measures can not only improve formation test efficiency,lower formation test cost and prevent the rigid growth of formation test cost,but also effectively control the overall cost of well development.
