摘　　要：IL-22为IL-10家族成员之一。作为一种新型细胞因子，其与自身免疫性疾病关系密切。最近大量证据表明IL-22参与了多种自身免疫性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、多发性硬化、干燥综合征、银屑病等。然而在不同的自身免疫性疾病中IL-22所发挥的作用不尽相同，可能起致病性作用，也可能起保护性作用。因此以IL-22作为靶点为多种自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。Interleukin-22（IL-22） is an Interleukin-10（IL-10） family cytokine member. As a new dis- covered cytokine, it has close relationship with many autoimmune diseases. Recently, there is emerging evi- dence that IL-22 is involved in the development and pathogenesis of many autoimmune diseases, such as sys- temic lupus erythematosus （ SLE ）, rheumatoid arthritis （ RA）, multiple sclerosis （ MS）, Sjogren syndrome （SS） and psoriasis. However, in different immune diseases, the role of IL -22 plays is not all the same, it may play a pathogenic role, also may play a protective role. Therefore, therapeutics targeting IL-22 may have prom- ise for treating various autoimmune diseases. In this paper, we review the new discovery and different pathogen- esis of IL-22 in several autoimmune diseases, as well as discuss its clinical implications and therapeutic poten- tial.
