摘 要:XBT是一种快速、实时、大面积、低成本测量海水温度剖面的海洋测量仪器,自问世以来一直受到海洋学家尤其是军事海洋学家的重视。国家海洋技术中心研制的XBT工程样机的测量指标已经达到国外同类产品的水平,但海上试验的成功率与国外产品相比还存在差距。针对这种情况,重点研究XBT海上试验故障。通过对海上试验数据进行总结及统计分析,并借鉴工程加权法对数据进行处理,利用统计过程控制技术(SPC)对海上试验数据故障概率波动的原因进行了分析,得出机械部件失效是国产XBT成功率不高的主要原因的初步结论。The Expendable Bathythermograph (XBT) is a fast, real-time, large area, low cost measuring instrument to obtain the temperature profile of sea water, which has been highly valued by marine scientists and marine military scientists since its occurrence. Technical performance of the engineering prototype (made by National Ocean Technology Center) has reached the level of similar foreign products. However, the success rate of sea trials is not ideal. In this case, the sea test fault was researched. The failure data of sea trials were summarized and statistically analyzed, and then to be processed using the engineering weighted method. By making use of statistical process control (SPC) techniques, the reason of fault probability fluctuation was analyzed, that the mechanical parts are the main causes of the fault.
