摘　　要：根据TT-60B4b型陶瓷过滤机4年多的使用情况,对其经常出现分配阀泄漏、滤饼薄、水份偏高、真空度偏低、滤液跑浑、发生振动、滤板损坏、气阀误动作、真空泵泄漏等故障原因进行了具体的分析,并提出了预防这些常见故障的处理措施。This paper analyses reasons of these common faults in TT-60B4b type ceramic filter during more than 4 years use, such as leakage of distribution valve, thin of filter cake, high content of moisture, low vacuum degree, turbidity of filtrate, vibration, breakage of filter plate, malfunction of air valve, leakage of vacuum pump, and gives treatment measures to avoid these faults.
