摘　　要：提出一种砂轮修整器的数控化改造方案,介绍机械式砂轮修整器的系统和结构组成,指出机械式砂轮修整器亟需进行数控化改造,通过机械式结构的改进,利用精密步进电机的编程控制,设计开发砂轮修整器的软件和控制算法,并对齿轮的修行曲线进行探讨,得出较为理想的测试效果,控制界面利用VB编程,拥有开放性的界面和数据库,使用者可以根据产品的特点和参数进行修改,具有一定的使用价值。The article describes a program of the wheel dresser NC transformation.Firstly,it introduces the composition of system and the structure of the mechanical wheel dresser,points out the urgent need for a mechanical wheel dresser transformation of NC.Then through the improvement of the mechanical structure,using the program to control the precise stepping motor,it designs and develops control algorithm of a wheel dresser,and discusses curve draw of the gear practitioner to acquire ideal test.It uses VB programming,with open interface and database.The user can modify according to the characteristics and parameters,so it has great meaning in using and promotion of significance.
