摘 要:以树脂为起始剂、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为单体、KOH为催化剂,在环氧丙烷开环聚合温度为(130±5)℃、环氧乙烷开环聚合温度为(120±5)℃、压强低于0.5MPa的条件下,合成嵌段聚醚型破乳剂单剂AR81610,并与助剂TEAC、DMA用不同比例复配,对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行脱水实验。结果表明,对河庄坪原油,在55℃、破乳剂总用量100mg.L-1、脱水时间6h条件下,AR81610与TEAC、DMA复配比例为2∶3时,脱水速率快,脱水率最高,分别达到99.7%、93.8%;对子长原油,在65℃、破乳剂总用量200mg.L-1、脱水时间6h条件下,AR81610与TEAC复配效果最好,当复配配比为3∶2时,脱水速率快,脱水率最高,达到99.3%;且复配物脱出的水清不含油,无悬浮物,油水界面整齐。Using resin as primer, propylene oxide (PO) and epoxy ethane (EO) as monomer, potassium hy- droxide as catalyst, the ARS1610 multi-block polyether demulsifier was synthesized at less than 0.SMPa and at (130+5)℃ for PO and at (120+5)℃ for EO, to combine with TEAC,and DMA with different proportion. Dehydra- tion experiments of the combinational demulsifiers have done at 55℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 100mg .L-1for Hezhuangping crude oil and at 65℃ in 6h and with demulsifier concentration of 200mg ·L-1 for ZiChang crude oil in North Shanxi oil fields. The results showed that for Hezhuangping crude oil, the dehydration rate of combinational demulsifiers was highest to 99.7% and 93.8%, and dehydration speed was rapid when the proportion of AR81610 to TEAC and DMA was 2:3. For Zichang crude oil, the combinational demulsifiers of ARS1610 and TEAC have the best dehydration effects, and when the proportion of ARS1610 to TEAC was 3:2, the dehydration rate was highest to 99.3%, and dehydration speed was rapid. There was no suspended matter in the separated water, separated water was clear, interface between oil and the water was homogeneous by using combi- national demulsifiers.
