摘  要:本文在对装置原有工艺生产技术分析的基础上,探讨综合利用一套闲置的精馏塔系统,与原有的双塔精馏系统联合生产C9芳烃溶剂。运用先进的Hysys流程模拟软件建立改造模型,对改造进行模拟分析,提出了经济可行的工艺改造方案,并通过模拟给出了试生产工艺操作参数,确保装置改造一次成功。In this paper,the original production technology and the design data of the distillation tower were analyzed. Based on the conclusion, a new process that is three-tower distillation to produce C9 aromatic hydrocar- bon was submitted. The three-tower distillation was the process combining the original double tower and the idle tower. In order to assure the rebuilding successfully, Hysys simulation software was used. According the Hysys modeling analysis, the three-tower distillation feasibility was approved. In the end, the pre-production trial was successful.
