摘  要:分别以SP、KS-6和CNT为复合导电剂,研究了不同导电剂下LiFePO4锂离子电池性能,继而获得性能较佳的复合SP/KS-6/CNT导电剂。对不同导电剂成分的电池进行了电化学性能、倍率性能及1C充放电循环等性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,采用SP/KS-6/CNT新型组合导电剂制作的电池放电比容量提高4.5%、内阻降低70%;8C倍率性能提高15%,且电压平台在2.9V以上;电池1C充放电循环750次容量保持率在96%以上。扫描电子显微镜观察该新型复合导电剂结构显示,涂覆后的正极极片中CNT形成三维导电网络。这种网络结构有助于提高电极极片电导率,进而提高电池的电化学性能。The properties of LiFePO4Li-ion battery were studied based on various conductive agents including SP,KS-6 and CNT,and moreover.A kind of good conductive agent,which was best beneficial to the comprehensive properties of LiFePO4 Li-ion battery was prepared.The electrochemical properties,rate capability,and cycle capability at 1 C of LiFePO4Li-ion battery with various conductive agents were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the LiFePO4 Li-ion battery with conductive agents of SP/KS-6/CNT possessed higher capacitor,lower inner resistance,better rate capability,higher voltage plateau and capacity retention was over 96% after 750 cycles at 1 C.Scanning electronic microscope observation showed that a three-dimensional CNT net was formed in the electrode.The CNT net was effective to the electrical conductivity of the electrode,which contributed to the electrochemical properties of LiFePO4 Li-ion battery.
