摘 要:采用液相碳热还原法合成了LiFePO4/C锂离子电池正极复合材料,考察了不同合成温度和碳包覆量下LiFePO4/C的物理及电化学性能。X射线衍射结果显示:不同温度和碳包覆量合成的LiFePO4/C物相单一纯正,其中700℃和20%碳包覆量下合成样品的X射线衍射峰最强;扫描电镜表征结果表明:700℃和20%碳包覆量下合成的样品晶体发育完整,颗粒细小、均匀,并且表面光滑;充放电性能显示:700℃时合成样品首次放电量最高,0.1C下达126.88mAh/g;20%的碳包覆量既能改善电化学性能,又能避免比能量的损失。LiFePO4/C cathode material for Li-ion battery was prepared by the carbon thermal re- duction method. Physical and electrochemical performances of LiFePO4/C synthesized under dif- ferent temperature and carbon content were investigated and the result of X-ray diffraction showed that these materials had single and pure object image, among the diffraction peaks, the strongest was related to LiFePO4/C of 20 % carbon content. Analysis of scanning electron micro- scope indicated that LiFePO4/C of 20% carbon content prepared at 700℃ was with the character of perfect crystal, good disperse, fine grain, smooth surface. The charge-discharge performance suggested that the initial discharge specific capacity of the sample obtained at 700℃ was the high- est, it was 126.88mAh/g at 0.1C rate. 20% carbon content could not only improve the electro- chemical properties of the samples, but also avoid specific capacity loss.
