气管炎复方中药有效成分的提取及其抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：采用水煎法提取气管炎复方中药(五倍子、甘草、桔梗)的有效成分,并考察药液浓度、固体培养基pH以及作用时间对抑菌活性的影响,结果表明,复方中药水煎液在浓度为0.250 0g.mL-1,pH7.5,作用时间为24h时,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好,且具有一定的剂量、时间和pH依赖性.The effective component was extracted from compound Chinese medicine（Gallnut,Glycyrrhiza and Platycodonis） using water decoction method,and then investigate the effect of different concentrations,different pH of solid medium and different times to the antibacterial.The results showed that the extract of 0.250 0 g·mL-1 had the best antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus growing in the solid medium of pH7.5 treated for 24 h and the effect had an obvious antibacterial effect and appeared to be a certain dose-,time-and pH-dependence.
