摘 要:在不同工况下对直线运动下的扩散燃烧火焰进行了实验,并运用Fluent软件进行数值模拟对比分析.结果表明:火源自身的运动对燃烧火焰影响较大,风速为0 m/s时,火焰向火源运动的相反方向倾斜,火焰偏角随火源速度的增加而增大,当火源速度为0.36、0.44、0.55 m/s时,火焰偏角分别为36°、47°和60°;相对速度相同时,风作用和车运动下火焰向同一方向偏转,但火焰形态差异明显;由于绝对静止比相对静止的火焰散热快,故绝对静止火焰的燃烧温度更低;与绝对静止工况下的火焰相比,相对静止下的火焰形态发生偏移,方向与火源运动方向相反,且燃烧温度更高.由于内在影响和火焰形态都截然不同,故移动扩散燃烧火焰不能用相对运动的概念来简单分析.In this paper, the diffused combustion flame linearly moving in different conditions was analyzed by experiments and was numerically simulated and compared using the software of Fluent. The results show that the movement of fire greatly influences the combustion flame. For example, at a wind speed of 0 m/s, the flame moves to the contrary direction of the fire source movement, with a deflection angle increasing with the fire speed. At the fire speed of 0.36, 0.44 and 0. 55 m/s, the flame deflection angle respectively reaches 36°, 47°and 60°. Under the action of wind and car movement with the same relative speed, the flames deflect to the same direction but exhibit different shapes, and the cobbustion flame in a absolute rest condition is of a lower combustion temperature because it dissipates more heat energy. Moreover, it is found that, as compared with the combustion flame in absolute rest condition, the flame in relative rest condition has a shape deviation to the contrary movement direction of the fire source and a higher combustion temperature. According to the above-mentioned statements, it is concluded that the diffusion combustion flame with mobile source cannot be simply analyzed with the concept of relative motion due to the great difference in the intrinsic influence and the flame shape.
