摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者肿胀的临床疗效。方法:选择自2009年1月-2011年12月骨科住院治疗的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者70例。术后第1d开始服药,1剂/d,服用10剂,同时主动加强患肢功能锻炼。观察患者术后患肢肿胀的变化。结果:治疗后患肢肿胀消退显著。结论:补阳还五汤治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者肿胀疗效确切、安全,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To analyze the curative effect of the swelling of senile patients in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with buyang huanwu tang.Methods：70 intertrochanteric fracture of senile patients were selected in treatment of orthopedic hospital from Jan.2009 to Dec.2011.Bu yang huan wu tang was taken after the first postoperative day.One agent a day and take 10 agent continuous ly.At the same time the limb function exercise was actively strengthened.The senile patients were observed the change of the limb swelling.Results： The limb swelling was significantly resolved after the treatment of buyang huanwu tang.Conclusion： Bu yang huan wu tang for treating postoperative intertrochanteric fracture is worth to promote clinical application for its advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and safety.
