摘　　要：目的:综合分析2型糖尿病大鼠模型制备的方法及实验中的问题。方法:从2型糖尿病大鼠模型建立的病因和病理造模出发,总结实验中遇到的问题。结果:客观地阐述了模型研究中存在的问题,并提出了相关解决方案。结论:高热量饮食联合链脲佐菌素建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型的实验是科学可行。Objective ：comprehensive analysis of type 2 diabetic rats model preparation methods and problems in the experiment.Method：from type 2 diabetic rat models establishment of the etiology and pathology on build mode,and summarizes the problems in the experiment.Results：objectively this paper expounds the problems existing in the research model,and puts forward the related solu tions.Conclusion：high calorie diet establish type 2 diabetic rats model of scientific experiment is feasible.
