方斑东风螺配合饲料中维生素D的适宜添加量研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究方斑东风螺配合饲料中维生素D的最适添加量。采用单因素设计,在基础饲料中添加不同水平的维生素D,每100 g饲料中分别添加维生素D 0、50、100、500、1000、10000 IU(D0、D1、D2、D3、D4、D5组),饲养方斑东风螺幼螺80 d。结果表明:增重率、壳增长率随饲料中维生素D含量的增加呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在添加量为100 IU/100 g时达到最大生长速度,显著高于对照组和D4、D5组(P<0.05)。维生素D对软体组织总灰分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及贝壳的总灰分、钙、磷的含量影响显著。成活率、肥满度在本试验条件下未受到显著影响。根据生长指标,方斑东风螺饲料中维生素D的适宜添加水平为50～500 IU/100 g,最适添加量为100 IU/100 g。The purpose of this experiment was to study the optimum addition of vitamin D in commercial feed of Babylonia areolata.six experiment groups were designed for a 80 d feeding trial of the juvenile spotted babylon,the trail diets were supplemented with vitamin D at the levels of 0,50 IU, 100 IU ,500 IU,1000 IU and 10000 IU per 100 g,re- spectively.The results showed that：the rate of weight gain and shell growth increased to the peak with the addition of 100 IU/100 g vitamin D ,which was significantly higher than groups of D0,D4 and D5 （P 〈 0.05） ,then decreased with the level of additive vitamin D increasing.The total ash,crude protein and crude fat in soft tissue ,as well as the total ash,cal- cium and phosphorus in shell were signifcantly affected by the addition of vitamin D.However,the rate of survival and the relative fatness had no apparent changes in this experiment.The results indicated that the adding quantity range of vitamin D was between 50 IU/100 g and 500 IU/100 g,the optimum addition was 100 IU/100 g according to the growth index in commercial feed of spotted babylon.
