超敏C反应蛋白与脑出血量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑出血量与血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平的关系。方法 100例急性高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据头颅CT测量脑出血量,依据出血量分为大量脑出血(>30mL)、中量脑出血(15～30mL)、少量脑出血(<15mL)。在患者做完CT检查后确诊为脑出血,于CT检查后1小时内抽肘静脉血3mL送检测定血清Hs-CRP的含量。数据采用SPSS 12.0统计软件,进行Spearman等级相关进行相关分析。结果大量脑出血组Hs-CRP水平>中量脑出血组>少量脑出血组。结论 Hs-CRP水平增高的程度与CT测量的脑出血量呈正相关,Hs-CRP是评估脑出血病情的重要参考指标之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage amount of bleeding and serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein （Hs-CRP） level. Methods 100 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients as research subjects, according to the head CT measurement of cerebral hemorrhage amount, based on the amount of bleeding is divided into a large number of brain hemorrhage （〉 30mL）, in the amount of brain hemorrhage （15 to 30 mL）, a small amount of brain hemorrhage （〈15mL）. Diagnosed as cerebral hemor rhage in patients with CT scan done after the CT examination within one hour after pumping cubital vein 3mL cen- sorship serum Hs-CRP content. Data using SPSS 12.0 statistical software, spearman rank correlation analysis. Re- suit A large number of patients with cerebral hemorrhage Hs-CRP levels〉 in the amount of cerebral hemorrhage group〉 small amount of cerebral hemorrhage group. Conclusion Hs-CRP levels increased the degree of CT meas- urement of cerebral hemorrhage were positively correlated, Hs-CRP is one of the important reference for evaluating the condition of cerebral hemorrhage.
