约氏乳杆菌对0～17周龄蛋鸡生产性能、脏器指数及血清抗体水平和生化指标的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同剂量约氏乳杆菌对0～17周龄蛋鸡生产性能、脏器指数及血清抗体水平和生化指标的影响。选用1日龄京红蛋雏鸡540只,随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ～Ⅵ组为试验组,饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加1.0×104、1.0×105、1.0×106、1.0×107和1.0×108 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌的试验饲粮,试验期120 d。结果表明:1)0～17周龄,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组蛋鸡采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组和Ⅵ组蛋鸡料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各组蛋鸡体增重无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)Ⅵ组蛋鸡心脏、肺脏、肾脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组蛋鸡肾脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)13周龄,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组蛋鸡血清免疫球蛋白A水平和新城疫抗体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)各组蛋鸡血清生化指标(碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性及葡萄糖、尿素氮、总蛋白、白蛋白、肌酐、总胆红素含量)差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑约氏乳杆菌对0～17周龄蛋鸡生产性能、脏器指数和血清抗体水平的影响可知,饲粮中约氏乳杆菌的最佳添加剂量为1.0×108CFU/g。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of Lactobacillus johnsonii （L. johnsonii） on production performance, organ indices, serum antibody levels and biochemical indices of growing pullets. Five hundred and forty 1-day-old Jinghong chicks were randomly allocated to a control group and five experimental groups. Each group had six replicates and fifteen chicks in each replicate. Chicks were fed diets supplemented with 0 （ control, group Ⅰ ）, 1.0 × 10^4 （ group Ⅱ ）, 1.0 × 10^5 （ group Ⅲ ）, 1.0 × 10^6 （ group Ⅳ ）, 1.0 × 10^7 （ group Ⅴ ） and 1.0 × 10^8 CFU/g L. johnsonii （ group Ⅵ ）, respectively. The experiment lasted for 120 days. Results showed as follows： 1 ） at the age of 0 to 17 weeks, the feed intake in groups Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the feed to gain ratio in groups Ⅳ and Ⅵ was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference in body weight gain （ P 〉 0.05 ）. 2 ） The indices of heart, lungs and kidney in group Ⅵ were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈0.05 ）, and the kidney index in group IVwas significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. 3） At the age of 13 weeks, the serum IgA and ND-Ab levels in groups Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were sig- nificantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 4 ） There were no significant differences in serum biochemical indices （ such as the activities of alkaline phosphatase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, and the contents of glucose, urea nitrogen, total protein, albumin, creatinine and total bilirubin） （P 〉0.05 ）. Considering the effects of L. johnsonii on production performance, organ indices and serum antibody levels of growing pullets aged 0 to 17 weeks, the proper dosage of the L. johnsonii is 1.0 × 10^8 CFU/g.
