摘　　要：针对卫星异构网络最优选择问题,介绍了一种基于层次分析法AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)和灰度关联算法GRA(Gray Relation Analysis)的网络选择算法。该算法综合考虑业务服务质量需求、用户偏好、网络负载等影响网络选择的因素,使用AHP计算各因素的权重,使用GRA得出最终网络选择结果。仿真结果验证了该算法的正确性和有效性。Against the satellite heterogeneous network optimal selection problem, a network selection algorithm was proposed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） method and the Gray Relation Analysis（GRA） method. The algorithm considers such parameters that may affect the network selection as the quality of business services, user preferences, network load, and so on. The use of AHP is to calculate the weights of the various parameters, and the use of GRA is to obtain the final access network ranking. The simulation results verify the validity of the algorithm.
