行政干预对综合性医院抗菌药物合理使用的探讨

摘　　要：通过建立健全合理使用抗菌药物的管理组织和制度;加强对医务人员的知识培训;构建抗菌药物合理使用的信息系统,对抗菌药物的应用情况进行实时监控;每月公布细菌培养与药敏结果,对全院抗菌药物的使用认真督查并及时反馈,对不合理使用抗菌药物的科室和个人给予一定的经济处罚等行政干预措施,该院抗菌药物的使用率由干预前的78.67%下降至50.56%,使抗菌药物使用更加合理。To establish and perfect the management organization system of rational application of antibiotics, strengthen related training of medical staffs and construct relevant information system. The application situation of antibiotics should be under real time monitoring and the results of bacterial cultivation and drug sensitivity test were announced. Carefully monitoring the application of an- tibiotics in whole hospital and feedback timely, certain economic punishment or administrative measures were given to individual or department that used antibiotics unreasonably. The utilization rate of antibiotics had decreased from 78.67% to 50.56%, which made the utilization management of antibiotics more reasonably.
